Shipping policy

  • Orders with a weight above 1KG will be subjected to an additional delivery charge for each additional 500g.
  • We deliver Island-Wide.
  • Delivery time period for all locations will be between 2-14 working days.
  • Peak/holiday seasons or promotions or special events may result in delays in processing and dispatching orders.
  • Delivery will be made only to the address stated on the order. Due to unavoidable circumstances a written request must be made to info@ruachofficial.com, we will accommodate your request only if the order has not been dispatched. Shipping delays may occur due to the change of location.
  • After 3 delivery attempts, or if it has exceeded 10 days from dispatch date, whichever is earlier, your parcel will be returned to us. However, we'd be more than happy to redeliver your order as long as it is pre-paid.
  • Special requests to delay dispatch for the customers’ convenience will be accommodated provided the order is prepaid and hasn’t already been dispatched.
